You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER for NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND PACIFIC. Location: Hickam Village, HI Salary: $165,000.00-$190,000.00 Application status: 3 days ago. Be among the first 25 applicants. Responsibilities

Guide management in effectively implementing planning efforts for current and future performance requirements. Serve as a senior advisor to management and executive leadership on developing and implementing strategic plans in support of achieving program objectives. Plan and develop new processes or metrics, and coordinate with support activities that cross organizational lines. Formulate, interpret, and communicate long-range and short-term goals, principles, policies, and objectives for delegated services and programs. Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate: 1) Planning, engineering design, construction, acquisition strategy, environmental, and operational services in support of mission requirements; 2) Identifying potential problems in the process and making recommendations to improve efficiency; 3) Managing financial, contracting, technical and scheduling issues; and 4) Using persuasive arguments and negotiation techniques to reconcile differing opinions among major stakeholders.
