Location: Santa Clara, CA Start Date: Early October - 6 month assignment with possible extension. Hybrid - 2 days remote - 3 days onsite Overview

The TPM, Lead-to-Cash Readiness will lead cross-functional, strategic product launches ensuring value chain readiness and accelerating time to value. You will also drive continuous optimization of our NPI processes. Define and execute program plans with cross-functional GTM teams to ensure lead-to-cash and goal-to-commission operational readiness for launch. Deep dive on defining requirement, scope – both system level and business. Influence and work cross-functionally to align and execute functional project plans, identify and actively manage risks and issues to resolution to ensure successful launch and lifecycle management of commercial offerings. Own comprehensive planning ensuring deliverables are completed on time, and with quality, including post-launch readiness. Define and manage KPIs across the product lifecycle. Develop, manage and execute detailed project plans that consider all requirements, constraints, and deliverables. Conduct thorough analysis to produce data-driven recommendations to enable leadership decisions. Deliver progress updates to stakeholders and leadership. Ideal candidate

Have 8+ years of experience in core product management. Ability to conduct meaningful analysis of complex data and translate results into actionable messages and deliverables. Ability to prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced environment to drive meaningful results. Ability to challenge the status quo and develop mindshare to drive towards a common goal. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work at all levels of the organization. Combination of strong intellect, active listening, and creative problem solving skills.
