POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Director will be responsible for the management and coordination of all day-to-day operations and provide direct and continuous supervision of residential staff and be responsible for residents and residence management. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assures that all services and operations are in compliance with OASAS and other governmental licensing and regulatory requirements. Provide documented clinical supervision to all counselors, and all levels of staffing. Develop and monitor staff schedules to assure adequate staff coverage in the facility at all times. Chairs weekly multi-disciplinary clinical case conferences. Establishes liaison with appropriate agencies/outreach. Ensure that required reporting and billing deadlines are met. Responsible for departmental budgetary planning, including cost control and prudent disbursement of Agency funds by department staff. Assures compliance with all health, safety, and fire regulations. Conduct utilization reviews with Managed Care organizations. On-call 24/7 for crisis management. QUALIFICATIONS:
LMSW/LCSW (Required) (CASAC/CASAC-T a Plus) Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements (819, 820) of the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS). Must have at least three years (3) management experience in the substance use disorder treatment field. Must be computer literate. Driver’s license preferred.
