Our client is a technology company with a proven, groundbreaking product offering that has the potential to revolutionize the wine and spirits industry. Their award-winning, patent-pending process and technology transforms liquor and wine at the molecular level, yielding significant improvements in taste, aroma, and mouthfeel. They are seeking a hard-driving, entrepreneurially minded COO to spearhead a bold growth strategy that will scale market share, foster rapid expansion, and maximize revenue. This leader will unify go-to-market strategy, operational excellence, and sales execution to solidify the company’s status as a premier technology partner for the beverage industry. This is a high-impact role for a proven operator who has the clear potential to assume the role of CEO. This is an in-person role in Los Angeles, CA Responsibilities:

Develop and execute high-velocity growth plans with specific targets in revenue, market penetration, and customer acquisition Oversee day-to-day business operations, ranging from sales/marketing, to finance, legal, and more Identify and lead geographic expansion, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market strategy in high-potential segments (e.g. wine, ultra-premium spirits, mid-size craft producers, bulk spirits producers, private label, etc.) Interface with the Board and investors, reporting on performance, strategic initiatives, and milestones Lead and motivate multidisciplinary team to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing managerial team Work closely with Board to develop and lead business strategy, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term objectives Own operational P&L, budget planning, cost management, and key financial performance metrics Oversee supply chain and manufacturing partnerships to serve expanding demand efficiently Champion world-class marketing that emphasizes ROI through margin improvement, product rescue, and consistent premium quality Qualifications:

This position is for a high-energy professional to help scale a high-potential technology company, supporting sales and aggressively driving the operational areas of the company. The preferred candidate has 10+ years of experience in operations and sales leadership with a proven track record of driving growth, ideally as the senior executive or #2 within growth-focused companies. Prefer demonstrated success in commercializing B2B technologies - particularly those enabling product optimization or margin expansion Experience negotiating large-scale sales/operational agreements and strategic partnerships Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L responsibility, and growth forecasts Experience leading a sales-focused organization Exceptional communication and influence skills—able to inspire internal teams, close enterprise customers, and curate compelling narratives for the market Passion for driving transformation in traditional industries through breakthrough technology Ability to reconcile complex technical information with overall business vision An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills Compensation:

Targeting a base compensation in the mid $100s with significant equity stake, offering meaningful upside as the company scales.
