General duties for all store team members: operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process orders, take inventory and complete paperwork, and clean equipment and facilities daily. Training: orientation and on-the-job training provided. Communication Skills: ability to comprehend and give written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person. Essential Skills: basic arithmetic, ability to make correct monetary change, verbal and written communication, and keyboard data entry. Motor coordination for precise movements; hand-eye coordination for order processing and food preparation; familiarity with order entry on computer or touch screen. Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather and in-store temperatures; heat from ovens; fumes and cornmeal dust; cramped spaces; hot surfaces and sharp edges. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing/pulling, reaching, climbing stairs, and occasional ladder use.
