Site Lead – Sarasota, FL Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with on-site and remote clients to determine service needs. Coordinate, schedule and supervise sub-contractors while performing service on site. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of interior and exterior facility equipment and structures. Maintain landscaping and access areas to the 40+ well sites throughout the neighborhood. Assist with hurricane preparations and reporting as required. Perform minor janitorial tasks for sinks, restrooms, kitchens, and security areas daily. Repair or perform general maintenance tasks in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, furniture setup/moves, and related areas. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance requests (e.g., pressure washing, HVAC PMs, filter changes, equipment repairs). Qualifications
Education: HS Diploma. 5–7 years of hands-on facilities maintenance and leadership experience. Valid US driver’s license. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to speak effectively before groups. Technical: general maintenance skills across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and furniture repair; CMMS experience; ability to generate routine reports and communicate via email. Strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to operate landscaping equipment and navigate outdoor maintenance tasks; time management to coordinate client sub-contractors; on-call for after-hours emergencies. Physical Demands
The ability to lift up to 40 lbs, work outdoors in high temperatures, climb ladders, move office equipment, and walk the facility during the day. Work Environment
The role operates in a water treatment facility environment, primarily outdoors, across 40+ well locations with exposure to high outdoor temperatures. Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills are essential. Notice Regarding Postings
