Co-Founder & CTO

to join at the ground floor. PLEASE NOTE:

Fractional CTOs, IT consulting, Product development or Startup Advisors DO NOT APPLY . For us, there is no substitute for bringing on an equal co-founder—this is non-negotiable. What You’ll Do Technology leadership

– Define and execute the product architecture, tech stack, and AI integration strategy. Product development

– Build and scale the MVP into a secure, compliant, enterprise-ready SaaS product for healthcare facilities. AI & automation

– Drive innovation using LLMs, predictive analytics, and clinical decision support. Integrations

– Lead integration with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) via FHIR APIs. Team building

– Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team in U.S. and India. Process & compliance

– Build HIPAA compliant infrastructure, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and data security. Co-Founder role

– Be part of every strategic decision from fundraising to go-to-market. What We’re Looking For Hands-on

full-stack engineering leader

(7–10+ years) with proven experience in SaaS or healthtech. Strong background in

AI/ML, data engineering, and cloud-native architecture . Experience with

EHR systems, FHIR/HL7, or healthcare data standards

is a big plus. Entrepreneurial DNA – you want to

build a company from zero to scale

as a true co-founder (bonus if you’ve been a founder before). Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast in an early-stage environment. Passion for solving

real-world healthcare problems

with technology. What We Offer Ownership & Salary:

This is a true co-founder role with equal ownership ( ~30% equity ). A salary will begin once we raise capital. Opportunity to
