About The Team Stripe is investing in building out its Global Product Sales team to actively engage and drive prospects and customers to help them optimize their local currency presentment and pricing through Stripe’s Adaptive Pricing product across the Americas. Stripe's Global Product Sales team drives revenue and growth and serves as a critical source of user feedback and market intelligence for Stripe's product roadmap. What you'll do

Adaptive Pricing empowers businesses to dynamically optimize their pricing and presentment online, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize revenue while maintaining competitive positioning in rapidly evolving global markets. As part of Stripe’s Optimised Checkout Suite, Adaptive Pricing supports global selling. As an Account Executive for Adaptive Pricing, you will drive growth in North America, collaborate with product, engineering, legal, marketing and other GTM teams to develop deep product and industry knowledge and execute our go-to-market strategy. You will lead in-depth product discussions with existing and prospective customers and contribute to the go-to-market plan. You will engage in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, build value in competitive situations, and work on products that require deep product understanding and technical knowledge. You will be an organized self-starter, an excellent communicator, analytical, and have a track record of improving processes and organizations. Responsibilities Accountable for driving revenue, increasing attach rates and new client acquisition of key users in the Americas, utilizing the MEDDIIC deal qualification and opportunity management Develop relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussions with existing and prospective customers Deep product and payments expertise to act as a subject matter expert for Adaptive Pricing, Payments and checkout optimization Understand Stripe’s sales process and competitors; act as internal and customer-facing expert Engage with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback to inform Stripe's product roadmap Contribute to the development of go-to-market playbooks with product, marketing, sales and technical services Collaborate cross-functionally to shape Stripe's products and solutions to meet customer needs

Minimum Requirements

6+ years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company with a track record of top performance Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders Proven ability to build strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results Enthusiastic "+roll up your sleeves" mentality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand complex technical and product-led requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders Proven experience leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements Team player Humor is welcomed

In-office expectations

Office-assigned Stripe locations expect at least 50% in-office time each month, with variations by role and location. Some sites have higher in-office requirements. Hiring manager will discuss expectations to balance collaboration with flexibility where possible.

Pay and benefits

The annual US base salary range for this role is $310,100 - $465,100. For sales roles, the range includes base salary plus target commissions/bonuses and will be narrowed during the interview process based on experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants outside the US may request the salary range for their location during the interview process. Additional benefits may include equity, bonuses or commissions, 401(k), medical/dental/vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
