Stripe is investing in building out its Global Product Sales team to actively engage and drive prospects and customers to adopt Stripe Managed Payments. Managed Payments helps businesses to sell their digital products globally, and let Stripe manage global tax, fraud prevention, dispute management, and customer support for transactions. We are known for our product knowledge, sales expertise, rigorous thinking and user-first approach to problem solving. Within Stripe, Product Sales serves as a critical source of user feedback and market intelligence, with direct influence on Stripe\'s product roadmap and growth strategy. What you\'ll do

Stripe Managed Payments is Stripe’s Merchant of Record solution, enabling businesses to offload the complexity of global selling to Stripe. You will operate in the ‘build’ phase of products and go to market, capitalising on new opportunities and helping to scale rapidly. You will drive growth in this space to users across North America, collaborating with product, engineering, legal, marketing and other GTM teams to develop deep product knowledge and to drive complex deals. You will lead in-depth product discussions with existing and prospective customers and build and execute against our go to market strategy. You will engage in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, build value in competitive situations, and work with internal stakeholders. You are an organized self-starter, an excellent communicator who is analytical and has a track record for improving processes and organizations around you. Responsibilities

Accountable for driving revenue, increasing attach rates and new client acquisition of key users in the Americas, utilizing the MEDDIIC deal qualification and opportunity management Develop relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussions with existing and prospective customers Deep product and payments expertise to act as a subject matter expert for Managed Payments, Payments and MoR solutioning Deeply understand the sales process and competitors for Stripe in this space and serve as both an internal and customer-facing expert Engage with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and inform Stripe\'s product roadmap Contribute to the development of go-to-market playbooks with product, marketing, sales and technical services stakeholders Work cross-functionally to shape Stripe\'s products and solutions to meet customer needs Qualifications

Minimum Requirements 6+ years of customer facing experience at a leading technology or payments company with a track record of top performance Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders Proven ability to build strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand complex technical and product-led requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders Proven experience leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements Thrives in a fast-paced environment and changing requirements Team player and a positive, collaborative attitude In-office expectations

Office-assigned Stripes in most locations are expected to spend at least 50% of the time in the local office or with users. Some locations have higher in-office expectations. The hiring manager will discuss role- and location-specific expectations to balance in-person collaboration with flexibility. Pay and benefits

The annual US base salary range for this role is $310,100 - $465,100. For sales roles, the range is the On Target Earnings (OTE), including base salary and target commissions. This range may be narrowed during the interview process based on experience and location. Applicants outside the US may request the salary range for their location during the interview process. Additional benefits may include equity, bonuses or commissions, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and wellness stipends. Seniority level
