Real Estate Secretary with 3+ years of real estate experience . This role provides advanced secretarial support for real estate transactions, including drafting, editing, and preparing key legal documents. It will closely collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients. Salary up to 115K, with flexibility DOE. Hybrid is 3 in office and 2 remote. Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and prepare contracts, leases, closing documents, and related correspondence. Manage attorney calendars, travel arrangements, mail, time entry, and expense reports. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special projects. Provide administrative and overflow support to attorneys and secretarial team members. Exercise discretion and professionalism when interacting with clients and handling sensitive materials. Qualifications
2–4 years of real estate law firm experience with strong document drafting and proofreading skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, e-binders, and able to type 60 wpm with transcription ability. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently. Strong communication, judgment, and team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adjust to changing needs.
