We are a well-established and growing CPA firm located in Northern Virginia seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Tax Manager to join our team. This is a long-term career opportunity for a licensed CPA or EA who brings strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the future direction of the firm. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in tax preparation and review for individuals, businesses, estates, and trusts, along with a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior staff. This role is suited for a dedicated professional with the potential for firm partnership. Key Responsibilities

Review & prepare complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts Manage and oversee client engagements with professionalism and efficiency Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants and junior team members Maintain and strengthen client relationships through clear, responsive, and proactive communication Collaborate with firm leadership to support strategic planning and contribute to the firm’s continued growth Qualifications

Active CPA or EA license required Minimum of 7–10 years of recent public accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a management role Strong technical knowledge in federal and state tax compliance and planning Experience with financial statement preparation is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer and technology skills; proficiency with current tax software and Microsoft Office Demonstrated leadership ability and a desire to mentor and develop others High level of professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic What We Offer
