In this role, you will oversee all accounting functions and financial operations, from high-level strategy to day-to-day execution. You’ll be a key advisor to leadership, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial systems. Key Responsibilities
Directing all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Managing general ledger activity and internal controls Collaborating with banking partners, auditors, and insurance brokers Overseeing trust accounting compliance and cash flow strategy Leading special projects for executive leadership and the board Identifying and driving opportunities for financial process improvement Supporting technological improvements, particularly in billing and accounting systems What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can see the big picture while managing the details. You’ll bring sharp financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of accountability. Qualifications
Proven experience in a senior finance or accounting leadership role Deep understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial operations Advanced skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Experience managing trust accounts and working with outside professionals Proficiency in Excel and financial/accounting software Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA or MBA is a plus) Leadership Responsibilities
