Full-Stack Hyperautomation Development Lead the architecture, development, and testing of robust solutions using Power Platform that includes Power Automate (cloud flows), Power Automate Desktop, Power Apps (canvas & model-driven), Copilot Studio agents and Azure AI Foundry, Python & related frameworks. Automation Design & Deployment Own the configuration, integration, development, and support of automation pipelines, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability. Quality Assurance & Production Support Drive integration, end-to-end business process, and user acceptance testing; troubleshoot and tune bots in production to meet SLAs. Process Analysis & Risk Management Analyze existing workflows, identify hyperautomation opportunities, assess risks, and propose mitigation strategies; escalate critical issues proactively. Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with Business Analyst and design sessions with business analysts, SMEs, and data teams; translate business needs into technical specifications. Documentation & Training Author and maintain technical design docs, runbooks, test scripts, SDD and user guides; deliver knowledge-transfer sessions and training for end users and support teams whenever necessary. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Stay abreast of emerging trends in generative AI, Agentic workflows and hyperautomation; pilot new capabilities in Copilot Studio agents and Azure AI Foundry to drive efficiency gains. Mentoring & Collaboration Coach and review work of junior associates; promote best practices, coding standards, and a culture of reliable delivery.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate cloud & desktop flows, Power Apps, Power BI). AI & Copilot Studio: ≥1 year building Copilot Studio agents; foundational knowledge of Azure AI Foundry. Programming & Scripting: Proficient in Python and JavaScript; exposure to C#/.NET or VBA a plus. Web Technologies: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue); familiarity with backend stacks (Node.js, Python). Data & AI Concepts: Experience with SQL/NoSQL, data modeling, and core AI patterns (generative AI, NLP, RAG). DevOps & ALM: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions). Prior experience in performing QA preferred. Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills, proactively manage upward communication of status updates, and analyze and synthesize data into actionable insights Ability to work independently, or in groups, effectively with effective communication skills and to be flexible, agile, and able to manage within ambiguity as necessary with excellent organizational/project management and analytical skills
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of full-stack development experience with a solid understanding of programming concepts 4+ years of experience with MS Power Platform tools required 4+ years of experience in Python 4+ years of experience in SQL, NoSQL and data modeling Experience in Copilot Studio required Understanding of HTML and CSS required Understanding of Data science concepts required Experience in Azure AI studio is a plus Certifications in MS Power Platform tools is a plus Key Positions With Which This Position Interfaces:
