Bask and Lather Co Job Description The Brand Activation Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all back-end operations for brand activations, trade shows, sponsorships, influencer events, and experiential marketing campaigns. This role ensures every activation is flawlessly planned and executed — from pre-event logistics to post-event follow-up. The position requires proven experience in event operations, influencer/partner seeding, and partnership coordination, along with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Location: Yonkers, NY Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end operational planning for all brand activations, influencer events, and trade shows. Oversee vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management (booth design, shipping, AV, staffing, catering, etc.). Coordinate event inventory, product shipments, and branded materials to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain event timelines, production schedules, and operational checklists. Coordinate permits, insurance, and compliance requirements for events. Influencer Seeding & Partnership Coordination

Partner with the Brand Marketing Manager to execute influencer and partner product seeding for events. Ensure PR packages and seeding shipments are prepared, tracked, and delivered accurately. Coordinate operational needs for partnership activations, including product allocations, shipping schedules, and branding requirements. On-Site & Execution

Supervise event setup, breakdown, and operational flow. Resolve logistical issues quickly during events to maintain a seamless experience. Coordinate staff travel, accommodations, and on-site schedules. Budget Management

Track event budgets, expenses, and vendor payments. Prepare post-event cost summaries and recommendations for cost efficiencies. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing to ensure event creative and messaging align with brand strategy. Collaborate with e-commerce and inventory teams to ensure adequate product availability for activations. Lead post-event debriefs to review successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain detailed event documentation, vendor lists, and operational best practices for future use. Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in event operations, logistics, or brand activations (beauty, CPG, or lifestyle industry preferred). PR experience is a + Proven experience coordinating events, influencer/partner seeding, and partnerships. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel for on-site event execution. Benefits
