The Marketing Automation Specialist role executes the organization’s automated marketing program to enhance the overall image of Arrowhead Credit Union, achieve organization objectives and create operational efficiencies. This position analyzes data, processes and communication channels to develop, implement and optimize strategies for automated marketing campaigns. Essential Functions And Responsibilities

Personally, provides exceptional member service; uses Service Standards in every work-related interaction. Actively participates in meeting the goals of the department and the Credit Union. Uses organizational tools and techniques to complete tasks on time and successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. Service

Takes the lead to identify opportunities for automated campaigns that bring value to our members and create operational efficiencies. Collaborates with various departments throughout the organization to gain an understanding of core systems and data sources to help define campaign objectives. Leads the development of campaign architecture by working with technical departments and third-party vendors. Identifies opportunities for automated campaigns that bring value to our members and create operational efficiencies. Analyzes processes, identifies areas of improvement and spearheads the implementation of those changes. Applies member and relationship information from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to target audiences, preferences and key data attributes to achieve campaign objectives. Coordinates a multi-channel communication strategy that delivers to campaign objectives, gaining agreement from key stakeholders. Manages agency and freelance designers to communicate create campaign deliverables. Develops communication deliverables to meet brand standards; copy writing, modifying design files and/or HTML code. Manages vendor relationships, including selection, negotiating program costs and resolving service requests/issues. Leads the development and integration of campaign criteria, data and creative into automation program. Execute automation campaigns, on time and within budget. Monitors and measures campaign performance, refining tactics to ensure optimal effectiveness. Manages and grows the automation program following industry best practices. Regularly reports the health of the automation program against key metrics. Manages the development and evolution of brand email templates Assists with development of annual marketing budget and plan. Leads batch sent campaigns as needed. Maintains a working knowledge of BSA laws/regulations applicable to area(s) of responsibility; complies with all BSA laws/regulations. Other duties as necessary consistent with education and experience to achieve the goals of the credit union and department. No aggressive sales goals – our focus is serving Members. Career development opportunities Team members are eligible to apply for assistance with educational expenses through ArrowHeart's scholarship program. The pay range for this position is $75,804.44/annually - $113,706.67/annually. Starting pay for successful applicants is generally within the minimum to midpoint of the pay range.
