WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 2 -5 years recruitment experience in 360 (Full Desk) capacity Experience of senior/ experienced recruitment talent with a preference for having done so in the US markets too. Ambitious and Self-starter Competitive nature Great interpersonal skills WHY THOR? We're very established as a recruitment brand across the Scandinavian region. We've been working that space since 2012. In 10 years we've grown from 3 to 140 heads globally with international offices based in Copenhagen, Stockholm, New York and LA. Scandinavia is far less competitive market in comparison to the UK + other areas of EU. Privately owned and ambitious. Our owners have their fingers on the pulse and don't have outdated/archaic views on how recruitment should be done We specialise in Technology, Life Sciences/Bio and Engineering/Energy. All industries that genuinely impact the world we live in today- Make as difference! Average deal value at Thor is considerably higher than the average UK market fee within Tech/ Engineering/ Life sciences. We offer a NO THRESHOLD comms scheme. Earn on everything you bill. Early Finish every Friday. All the best tools and resources (Linkedin Recruiter/ Company Laptop) for all individuals.
