The candidate will be an integral member of the team supporting the growth of Sev1Tech's Federal Civilian (FedCiv) business, as well as delivery on contracts in key technical and management roles. Serving as a Solution Architect, you will work closely with the FedCiv Growth Lead, BD Director, Strategic Capture Manager, and selected personnel performing contract work across the growth lifecycle, focused on capture and proposals but also contributing to opportunity intelligence, qualification, and bid/no bid decision-making. As Solution Architect, you will understand customer needs and play a leading role in developing solutions that meet those needs and describing them in compelling ways in proposal responses. You will work hand-in-glove with the Capture Manager in planning and conducting pre-proposal preparedness and solutioning activities. Proposal support will include guidance and oversight of technical and or management volumes, as well as proposal writing, and color review participation. It will also include contributing to staffing requirements for solutions that are proposed, and offering inputs as needed on pricing strategy. The candidate will transition into technical and or management leadership roles on Sev1Tech contract work for FedCiv customers. Responsibilities

Bachelor's Degree 15+ years of experience in the GovCon industry 10+ years of experience supporting business development, capture, and solutioning 10+ years of experience leading and developing content for proposals 10+ years of experience supporting federal civilian agency customers in technical and management roles An understanding of the growth lifecycle Proven ability to work effectively with a capture team as well as teaming partners A broad range of IT expertise including application development, cloud, data, and infrastructure Knowledge of architecture frameworks - e.g., the AWS Well Architected Framework, TOGAF, Zachman Framework An in-depth understanding of the project management lifecycle In-depth knowledge of and experience delivering cloud-native, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity solutions aligned with FISMA, CMMC, and FedRAMP standards Qualifications

Experience supporting delivery and growth for DHS customers including but not limited to TSA and USCIS Professional/Technical Certifications Equal employment opportunity, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.
