Lead technical discussions and guide adoption of enterprise-level DevSecOps standards. Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.). Drive hybrid cloud initiatives with Azure and AWS, including containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS). Implement security-first development practices using tools such as Checkmarx and SonarQube. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration (Terraform, Ansible, etc.). Mentor engineers, foster collaboration, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Support enterprise monitoring and artifact management solutions. Required Qualifications
8+ years of DevOps/DevSecOps or related engineering experience. Proven track record designing and implementing SDLC frameworks at scale. Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS). Hands-on expertise with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chocolaty). Proficiency with GitHub Actions, GitHub Copilot, and application security tools (Checkmarx, SonarQube). Programming/scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or C#. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities in cross-functional engineering environments. Must be local to Chicago or open to relocation; onsite work required. Desired Qualifications
Experience driving enterprise-wide DevSecOps transformations. Familiarity with AI/ML technical initiatives. Background in financial services or highly regulated industries. Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. Employment type
