Business Development Manager (Verpackungs- & Druckindustrie) – DACH-Markt

Our 130,000 sqm production facility in China and team of 1,200 employees are certified to meet international standards, with approvals from major partners such as Walmart, Target, and Disney. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with specific experience in the packaging, printing, or publishing industries to join our remote team focused on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The ideal candidate will have: Proven background in B2B sales or business development within packaging, printing, publishing, or related FMCG/retail supply sectors Familiarity with key accounts and distribution channels such as large supermarkets, department stores, or beauty retailers Experience in dealing with paper-based products, promotional materials, or custom printing solutions Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with retailers, distributors, and brands Conduct market research and analyze trends specific to the packaging and print industry Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the DACH region Develop tailored strategies to expand our presence in the German-speaking market Requirements: Must have professional experience in packaging, printing, publishing, or closely related industries Fluency in both German (C1+) and English (B2+) is mandatory Must hold German permanent residency (due to client-facing responsibilities and local travel) Existing network within retail, cosmetics, publishing, or gift industries is a strong advantage We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
