Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer (Inside Sales) located in Anaheim Hills, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include managing the loan process from application to closing, evaluating and underwriting loan applications, building relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and staying informed about mortgage industry updates and regulations. The Mortgage Loan Officer will work closely with borrowers to identify their financial needs and offer appropriate mortgage solutions. Qualifications Experience as a Loan Officer in the Mortgage Industry Currently Originating Experience calling customers and formulating financing structures Expertise in Mortgage Lending and Underwriting processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with federal and state mortgage regulations Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred Proficiency with mortgage lending software and tools Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Sales
