The right person is a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Vice President of Human Resources ready to join a motivated and engaged executive leadership team. Approximately 85% of their workforce operates in the field, delivering excellence every day. As Vice President of Human Resources, you’ll be the architect of a scalable, standardized HR framework that empowers—not centralizes—the operations. You’ll bring executive presence, strategic foresight, and operational grit to a lean, high-impact HR team. Your work will directly support the field teams and drive alignment across the business. Key Experience and Responsibilities: Proven HR leadership in manufacturing, construction, or other blue-collar industries Serve as a strategic business partner to executive and field leadership Experience supporting large, distributed workforces (2,000+ employees preferred) Deep expertise in HR policies, procedures, benefits strategy, compliance, and conflict resolution Design and implement standardized HR processes that support growth and agility Executive presence with the ability to influence across all levels Passion for empowering field teams and driving operational excellence Champion a people-first culture that balances structure with flexibility Build and mentor a lean HR team focused on impact, not bureaucracy The company offers a base pay range of $240,000.00/yr - $260,000.00/yr and additional compensation types, including an annual bonus.
