Take2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Application Developer to support our federal client onsite in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate is a user-focused technologist with expertise in mobile app development, UX/UI design, and agile collaboration. As a key member of the team, the developer will lead the design and deployment of an employee-facing mobile application that enhances communication, engagement, and productivity. RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and deploy a mobile application tailored for employee use. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define user experience goals. Ensure the app aligns with branding, accessibility, and security standards. Conduct testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance across devices. Implement stakeholder feedback to refine features and functionality. Maintain documentation and provide ongoing support for updates and enhancements. Integrate backend services and APIs to support dynamic content and user interactions. Monitor app performance and usage analytics to identify areas for improvement. Stay current with mobile development trends, tools, and technologies. Ensure compliance with federal IT and data security policies. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and agile ceremonies. Demonstrate a commitment to quality and customer support while adhering to organizational policies. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, media, software development, or related field with 10+ years of experience; OR Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in programming languages for mobile applications (Swift, Kotlin/Java). Experience with frameworks and libraries (React Native, Flutter, Xamarin, etc.). Proficiency with Android Studio, Xcode, or similar development environments. Understanding of design principles for mobile applications. Ability to implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces. Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
