Executive Business Partner We are tackling complex challenges in healthcare through robust and reliable medical intelligence. Our AI-driven solutions accelerate hospital workflows so patients get medications faster. We partner with major health systems to build software that delivers fast, effective, affordable access to care for every patient. As our mission and customer base grow, we’re seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Cofounders and VP of Sales. You’ll operate as a force-multiplier—owning complex calendars and travel end-to-end, orchestrating customer dinners and onsites, driving inboxes to action, and ensuring the right executive is in the right meeting—especially when plans change mid-flight. Responsibilities Own multi-time-zone calendars; resolve conflicts with context (purpose, prep, decision-maker). Coordinate which exec attends which meeting; manage swaps when travel shifts. Travel & Customer Logistics Book and rebook flights and hotels. Plan and run customer dinners/onsites: RSVPs, dietary needs, seating, confirmations. Inbox Management & Communication Triage inboxes; surface a Top 3 “must-read today”; track follow-ups to closure. Draft emails for review (customer follow-ups, intros, confirmations); queue and nudge to send. Keep leadership current via short Slack/text summaries when they’re in transit or off grid. Rhythm, Tracking, and Ops Stand up lightweight trackers for escalations, travel changes, exec commitments. Capture notes and next steps in key meetings; post to the right doc/channel. Tooling & Systemization Build filters, and checklists across email, calendar, Slack, Docs/Notion, basic sheets. Continuously simplify recurring workflows (travel playbooks, dinner playbooks, briefing templates). Qualifications 4+ years supporting senior leaders in high-growth environments (startup, GTM, or operations preferred). Proven mastery of complex calendar + travel, inbox drafting/triage, and cross-team coordination. Crisp written communication; can match executive voice and write concise, actionable summaries. High judgment under pressure; calm, resourceful, and fast when plans change. Comfortable with occasional off-hours responsiveness tied to travel and customer timelines. First 90 Days Priorities Days 1–30:
Learn preferences and writing style; implement priority filters; stabilize travel; ship daily AM Briefs. Days 31–60:
Launch weekly Exec Ops; stand up a follow-through system for commitments and escalations. Days 61–90:
