Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Controller to lead our accounting operations and ensure the integrity of financial reporting. This role is critical to maintaining compliance, driving financial efficiency, and supporting executive decision-making.
Responsibilities
Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements
Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors
Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies
Optimize accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy
Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to executive leadership
Ensure data integrity and streamline reporting capabilities
Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Legal teams
Provide financial guidance for strategic initiatives, M&A, and capital investments
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required; MBA preferred)
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
Knowledge, Skills, & Talents
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
Experience with ERP systems
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements
Travel: 10% (including international)
Pay And Benefits The estimated base pay range for this position is: $144,000 - $218,000 annually. This position is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive program.
