Accounting Manager
to join the team! Competitive compensation up to 175k + bonus + positive team + fantastic benefits! Role is full time onsite central OC. M-F 8-5 Key Responsibilities
The position is instrumental during month-end and quarter-end close activities, leases, fixed assets, and Oracle Projects. Strong managerial experience required Direct daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and close activities Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, including hiring, training, performance management, and professional growth Foster a team culture centered on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Conduct detailed variance analyses and ensure the accuracy of consolidated financials through collaboration with other teams Review and approve monthly reconciliations and financial reporting packages Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reports Support external audit processes by preparing schedules and providing necessary disclosures Establish and enforce accounting policies and procedures aligned with GAAP and internal controls Research and document complex accounting matters, providing guidance based on current standards and company policy Lead special initiatives related to lease accounting, fixed assets, system improvements in Oracle Projects, and process enhancements Schedule & Compensation
Annual Salary Range: $125,000 – $175,000 + BONUS Benefits Overview
