This is more than just a marketing role - it’s a launchpad. For the right candidate, this position can lead to enrollment in our CEO in Training program, ultimately paving the way to becoming the Executive Director of your own healthcare operation.
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Business Development Representative to drive the marketing efforts for our transportation services. This critical role is responsible for developing and building partnerships, generating and growing new business, and enhancing brand visibility to support our mission of delivering exceptional medical transportation services. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote medical transportation to skilled nursing facilities, clinics, and other healthcare partners. Facilitate contracts related to EMS, Behavioral Health, NEMT Transport, and Air Ambulance Ground Support. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with organizational goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities in medical transportation. Prepare reports and provide actionable insights to the leadership team to support business development. Leverage data and technology to optimize marketing strategies and improve outreach effectiveness. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture by supporting cross-functional initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and drive continuous improvement. Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipelines, track opportunities, and report on performance. Attend and host networking events, conferences, and community functions to expand brand awareness and build strategic partnerships. Work with online brand developer and marketing resource to provide content and promotion of social media platforms. Requirements
3-5 years of proven marketing or business development experience demonstrating successful results in the medical industry required. Proven ability to sell services, negotiate deals, and close new business. Proficiency in data analysis and market trend evaluation to inform strategic decisions. Strong understanding of marketing principles. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and public relations skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
