Integration Director

This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week , fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Integration Director
is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the integration strategies with acquisitions and transition services for divestitures. How you will make an impact: Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Leads teams through integration programs that address the highest priorities for our business, generally with a focus on one deal at a time. Develops business integration plans in collaboration with cross-functional partners. Manages execution of integration plans and ensuring on-time execution. Partners with business leaders to coordinate integration activities with broader business operations. Takes ownership of integration-related business challenges and drives solutioning. Responsible for achieving deal budgets. Builds detailed execution plans for deal value drivers. Identifies risks to integration success and leads problem-solving with senior leaders to mitigate those risks. Owns leading deal commitments and targets. Builds relationships with stakeholders. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 7 years healthcare industry experience including experience leading large strategy and execution programs; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: MBA or graduate degree preferred. Prior M&A experience preferred. For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary range for this specific position is $124,256 - $203,328 Locations:
