Integration Director

is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the integration strategies with acquisitions and transition services for divestitures. Primary Responsibilities: Leads teams through integration programs that address the highest priorities for our business. Develops business integration plans in collaboration with cross-functional partners. Manages execution of integration plans and ensures on-time execution. Partners with business leaders to coordinate integration activities with broader business operations. Takes ownership of integration-related business challenges and drives solutioning. Is responsible for achieving deal budgets. Builds detailed execution plans for deal value drivers. Identifies risks to integration success and leads problem-solving with senior leaders to mitigate those risks. Owns leading deal commitments and targets. Builds relationships with stakeholders. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of healthcare industry experience, including experience leading large strategy and execution programs. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: MBA or graduate degree preferred. Prior M&A experience preferred. The salary range for this position is $124,256 - $203,328.
