Key partner to regional leadership with responsibility across Solution lines. Member of the sub-region leadership team, expected to partner with other leaders across functions (HR, Operations, Legal, Controllership, Internal Audit), solution lines and geographies. Analyze and develop execution plans on strategic decision making and provide financial guidance on business decisions. Aid business leaders to formulate and operationalize strategy via development of business cases, identifying areas to overweight and underweight within the Region, and assess the impact on Aon's financial goals and contribution towards our key metrics (organic growth, margin improvement, free cash flow improvement). Develop understanding of the product offerings across solution lines and share same with colleagues within your Region. Be an Aon United leader. Oversee the Sub-Region operating plan process. Oversee the financial forecast, including in-year target setting (e.g., salary targets) as well as seeking to continuously improve process / efficiency and accuracy. Manage, attract, and retain your team, assist in the progression of their role, and drive engagement across the team. Support direction firm is going operationally and work with other Geographic and Solution Line leaders to align the North America Finance organization. Act with integrity and work every day in a way that positively impacts our clients, colleagues and communities. Create an environment of high standards, compliance and conduct. Challenge and create healthy debate with business partners on critical decisions, to pressure test ideas and assumptions. Present alternatives when appropriate. Articulate complex finance concepts clearly, translate for leader consumption, and communicate such effectively. Key Actions And Capabilities

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. 10+ years of experience in an accounting / finance role. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to partner and collaborate with colleagues across the globe. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Workday and TM1 would be preferred. The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $145,000 - $180,000 annually.
