Our prestigious law firm is seeking a seasoned Permanent Product Liability Attorney to add to our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to handle complex litigation matters related to product liability, insurance defense, and commercial litigation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in representing insurers and managing insurance claims. This role will require a high level of legal research and writing, trial preparation, and court appearances. Base pay

Base pay range: $175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Handle a wide range of complex litigation matters related to product liability and commercial litigation. Represent insurers and manage insurance claims, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients. Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, and interrogatories. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. Prepare for and make appearances in court, representing clients professionally and effectively. Lead depositions, ensuring all relevant information is accurately and efficiently gathered. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively. Stay updated on changes and developments in product liability law, insurance defense, and commercial litigation. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff. Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school. Must be barred in Illinois. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Liability Attorney, with significant experience in complex litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance defense. Proven track record of representing insurers and managing insurance claims. Extensive experience in drafting and reviewing legal pleadings, motions, and interrogatories. Strong experience in legal research and writing. Excellent trial preparation and court appearance skills. Ability to conduct and lead depositions effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality. Ability to mentor and guide junior legal staff. Benefits
