This is an in-office role with a focus on real estate transactions and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Join our Real Estate Team as a Paralegal located in our San Francisco office. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building. Position Summary: The Real Estate Paralegal provides organizational and practice-specific support to attorneys in the Real Estate Department across all stages of real estate transactions, from pre- to post-closing. The candidate should demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under multiple priorities. Overtime flexibility is requested. Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, managing and organizing documents related to real estate transactions (including escrow instructions, title and survey review, entity formations, UCC searches, local transfer requirements and due diligence). Develop or implement procedures to manage large, complex transactions; attend closings, manage the closing room, coordinate workflow, and control execution of closing documents; track and organize pre- and post-closing documents to ensure obligations are met. Draft closing documents including basic agreements and third-party consents; prepare schedules and exhibits to agreements. Assist with post-closing matters (mailings, closing binders, transfers agreements). Prepare and file amendments and closing documents; assist with preparation of opinions for partner approval. Mentor and provide leadership and training for mid- and entry-level paralegals and paralegal clerks. Maintain accurate timekeeping records. Support other department activities as needed and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications

Professional communication with all levels of personnel, including management and support staff. Proactive self-starter who understands detail within a larger context. Attention to detail, reliability and ability to learn new technology quickly. Excellent client service skills and ability to manage multiple matters with minimal supervision. Flexibility and ability to respond to shifting demands; ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Education & Prior Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required; Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution preferred; equivalent experience considered. Certified Paralegal a plus. Minimum of 7 years of real estate paralegal experience within a law firm with knowledge of complex real estate issues. Technology
Proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); ability to learn new software quickly. Compensation and Benefits
The expected pay range for this position is $80.13 - $84.13 per hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package (health/dental/vision insurance, HSA, disability, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, employee assistance program, and other voluntary programs).
