Job Description
The State of Idaho is seeking a Deputy Attorney General, OAG, State General Counsel - Tax. The successful applicant will handle litigation-related legal work on behalf of the Tax Commission and provide legal advice on matters that arise during the day-to-day business of the Tax Commission. Responsibilities include assisting with the promulgation of rules, advising on open meeting law and proposed legislation, and addressing issues of statutory interpretation. The DAG will also perform other legal duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:
Active Idaho State Bar license. Preferred Qualifications:
Two years of experience.
