Overview
Lifecycle CRM Manager, Marketplace at Collectors. We are looking for a growth-minded marketer with deep experience in marketing CRM and marketing automation platforms to deliver personalized communications at scale across the customer lifecycle: acquisition, retention, reactivation, cross-sell, and more. You will empower teams across marketing and the business to create and manage personalized, data-driven campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth. The ideal candidate has deep expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to execute segmentation, automation, and personalization for email and mobile push communications to a highly engaged customer database. You will report to the Senior Manager, CRM and work from our Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ offices. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. If you live within a 1-hour commuting distance to an office, onsite work will be required most of the time; this will be discussed during recruiting. Responsibilities
Develop and implement a long-term lifecycle marketing roadmap for the PSA Marketplace, owning initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty, maximize LTV, and increase retention. Partner with campaign owners, product, marketplace operations, and analytics teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals, audience insights, and KPIs. Build sophisticated automated journeys across the customer lifecycle (onboarding, activation, retention, win-back, loyalty) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related platforms. Create targeted campaigns and promotional strategies by designing highly segmented audiences, integrating with Talon.One to deliver personalized customer experiences. Generate regular reports to track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Provide lifecycle marketing insights and best practices to guide promotional strategy and decisions to enhance the customer experience. Strategize, plan, and execute automated journeys across the customer lifecycle to support various areas of the business. Work with the Senior Manager, CRM to define goals, benchmarks, and KPIs for growth campaign performance. Monitor campaign performance in real time, run A/B and multivariate tests, and deliver actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in engagement and conversion. Stay updated on industry trends and apply new techniques to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Collaborate with the Senior Manager, CRM to shape team priorities and mentor junior team members. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5-7 years of proven experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing CRM, campaign management, or marketing operations. Proven success in developing CRM strategies that drive customer growth and retention. Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and promotional platforms like Talon.One. Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making, including proficiency in customer data analysis, LTV modeling, segmentation. Detail-oriented with a track record of scalable, accurate CRM programs. Team player with cross-functional partnership experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data clearly to stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Interest in collectibles or willingness to learn about the hobby is a plus. Salary
The salary range for this position is $119,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation varies based on location, job level, experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation; please ask your recruiter for details. Reasons To Join Us
