Overview
California Fish Grill is seeking a
data-driven, results-oriented Lifecycle Marketing & CRM Analyst
to track, report, and optimize personalized customer journeys that drive retention, frequency, and lifetime value (LTV). In this role, you will: Analyze and report on CRM performance across email, SMS, push, loyalty, and digital remarketing channels Manage the full CRM strategy—from segmentation and targeting to campaign execution, testing, and analytics Translate data into actionable insights that improve campaign effectiveness, conversion, and retention Support the launch and integration of new CRM and CDP tools to personalize digital experiences Drive eCommerce analytics by monitoring KPIs such as AOV, digital order mix, and checkout abandonment Partner with marketing, eCommerce, and technology teams to shape guest experiences across web, app, and kiosk
