Responsibilities

Adobe Workfront: Maintain, develop and optimize project templates for marketing campaigns, creative requests, and asset production. Adobe Workfront: Design workflows, intake forms, approval processes and task dependencies to reduce manual work in collaboration with Creative Ops. Adobe Workfront: Ensure cross-functional alignment through centralized workspaces. Adobe Workfront: Build dashboards and reports to track project progress and timelines. Workfront Fusion: Connect Workfront with Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Creative Suite and other platforms; automate repetitive tasks and ensure real-time data syncing between systems. Workfront Fusion: Build custom, logic-based workflows reflecting unique marketing processes (e.g., asset tagging, metadata enrichment). AEM Assets: Define metadata schemas, tagging conventions, and folder structures to ensure brand consistency; oversee asset governance, permissions, and content security. AEM Assets: Integrate with Workfront to streamline asset requests, approvals, and publishing. AEM Assets: Use Fusion to auto-tag assets, notify collaborators, or archive expired content; monitor asset usage and versioning across channels. Qualifications

Platform expertise: 3–5 years working with Adobe Workfront, AEM Assets and experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs is helpful. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field. Creative background is a plus. Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to work with internal teams to support smooth, effective workflows and understand their needs with professionalism and responsiveness. Strong communication: Able to train users, build clear documentation, and help teams maximize the value of marketing platforms. Self-starter with leadership mindset: Takes initiative, works independently, and identifies gaps in systems to drive continuous improvement. What we offer
