As Woodward expands its international footprint, we are seeking a Sales Director, Global Youth Experiences, to lead our outbound sales and agency partnerships across key markets. Role Overview The
Sales Director, Global Youth Experiences
will build and execute Woodward’s national and international sales strategy, sales channels, and respective pipelines, with a primary focus on youth travel agencies, concierge operators, camp parents and staff, and sports influencers in priority markets. This leader will own agency partnership acquisition, relationship management, and sales conversion, ensuring Woodward becomes the go-to camp experience for families worldwide. This leader will also develop and oversee outbound sales initiatives in domestic markets including affiliates, ambassadors, groups and other direct sales efforts. T his role is physically located at our headquarters in beautiful Park City, UT with the possibility of a hybrid work environment. Strategy & Market Development Define and execute Woodward’s international sales strategy across Beijing, Mexico City, London, and other priority markets. Develop market entry playbooks and cultural positioning for partners, agencies, influencers, parents. Define and execute Woodward PA’s sales strategy for Camp within a Camp and year-round Venue Rentals. Oversee national sales efforts including Affiliates, Ambassadors, Groups, and Street Teams. Partnership Development Identify, pitch, and close distribution partnerships with youth travel agencies, study-abroad firms, concierge services, and private school networks. Negotiate contracts and set commission structures with regional operators. Build co-marketing plans (events, webinars, retail activations). Sales & Revenue Growth Deliver annual international camper enrollment targets. Deliver annual national camper enrollment targets through domestic sales initiatives. Own the global agency/partner sales funnel from lead generation through signed contracts. Track and optimize conversion metrics (inquiries, bookings, arrivals). Team Leadership Build and mentor a small sales team or network of in-market reps. Coordinate closely with Camp Marketing, Operations and Programming teams. Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activity, agency dynamics, and family travel trends in each market. Advise on program localization (food, amenities, communication, cultural touchpoints). Travel & Representation Attend national and international trade shows, education fairs, and sports festivals. Host agency webinars, school presentations, and parent-facing events globally. Willingness to travel internationally 15-25% of the year. Qualifications
5+ years in international sales, youth travel, sports, or education programs. Proven track record of building agency / distribution partnerships and hitting sales targets. Strong network in study abroad, summer camps, youth travel, or sports training sectors preferred. Cross-cultural communication skills; experience working with China, Latin America, UK/Europe, or Asia a strong plus. Fluency in English; additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin, French,) highly valued. Additional Information
