$150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Develop and execute partner recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of the firm. Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize hiring needs for partner-level roles. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Build and maintain relationships with external recruiters, candidates, and other stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify trends and enhance recruitment strategies. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the hiring process. Provide regular reporting on recruitment activities and outcomes to the leadership team. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process. Qualifications
7+ years experience in legal recruiting (summer associate, lateral, or partner recruiting experience required). Bachelor's degree (required). Strong knowledge of partner-level hiring practices and processes (preferred). Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in hiring. Ability to work onsite in DC two to three days a week. Offer and benefits
