Job Summary: EY's Analytics and Data team is seeking a Master Data Management Senior Manager focusing on helping our clients define and drive data management strategy and technology implementation. This role demands a seasoned professional with an ability to define a master data management design— complemented by a solid track record of system delivery. Responsibilities: Design and apply comprehensive methods, practices, policies, tools, and processes to govern and control the entire lifecycle of data assets. Perform maturity assessments on data management capabilities and advise on tools and roadmaps to implement them. Articulate information strategies that align with business objectives. Develop solutions to complex problems, including functional and technical design of master data management software for key data domains. Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis. Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, ensuring effective engagement economics. Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results. Define and execute the analytics and data governance strategy for oil & gas clients, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree) in Engineering, Advanced Data Analytics, or a related technical or scientific field with prior consulting experience required. ERP implementation experience including full implementation cycles of SAP implementation with SAP MDG as a component. At least 8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data governance, or data strategy, preferably in the oil & gas industry. Strong understanding of Data Governance principles. Experience with Enterprise IT Architecture. Deep knowledge of data governance, including data quality frameworks, stewardship models, compliance, and policy creation.
