Overview
Principal Product Marketing Manager – OCI Multicloud at Oracle. Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product within the OCI Multicloud portfolio, partnering with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud to expand OCI’s impact. What you’ll do
Define and execute breakthrough marketing strategies for OCI Multicloud that align with senior leadership priorities and accelerate long-term market success. Partner with OCI and partner executives to communicate vision and set the agenda for multicloud and future database offerings—distilling complex opportunities into compelling narratives and roadmaps. Lead cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales, and alliance partners) to launch and scale innovative products, driving customer adoption and business impact. Create and evangelize high-quality assets—including executive decks, technical solution briefs, and customer stories—that demonstrate how OCI and partners unlock new cloud possibilities for enterprises. Combine deep technical knowledge with market intelligence to anticipate trends, influence product direction, and educate stakeholders on OCI’s competitive advantage. Enable sales and partner teams with tailored programs, training, and executive collateral to accelerate multicloud adoption and win complex, high-value deals. Measure, analyze, and report outcomes to senior leadership, using insights to pivot quickly and maximize impact. Preferred Qualifications
10+ years in product marketing, product management, or strategy roles, ideally at a leading cloud provider or fast-growth tech company; startup or entrepreneurial experience preferred. Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, interoperability, and hybrid/multicloud strategies. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; able to influence across internal teams and partner organizations. Experience developing go-to-market programs for cloud services and partner solutions. Experience working with field sales, cloud partners, and technical audiences. Responsibilities

US Hiring Range: $97,500 – $199,500 per year. Eligible for bonus and equity.
