Employer Industry: Supply Chain Technology Why consider this job opportunity: Opportunity for significant revenue growth through indirect channels and strategic alliances Build and lead a high-performing global Channels & Alliances team Collaborative and innovative work environment that fosters personal and professional growth Focus on diversity and inclusion, creating a welcoming workplace for all In-office commitment promotes collaboration and connection with colleagues What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Define and execute a comprehensive global partner and alliance strategy aligned with company revenue goals Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners across technology, consulting, and reseller channels Drive indirect revenue contribution through channels, alliances, and partner-led opportunities Build and lead a high-performing global Channels & Alliances team Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration strategies with ecosystem partners What is Required (Qualifications): 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or alliances leadership within SaaS, enterprise technology, or supply chain/logistics sectors Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred Proven success in building and scaling global channel and alliance programs with measurable revenue impact Strong executive presence and ability to influence and negotiate with C-level stakeholders Experience leading large, distributed teams across multiple regions How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Exceptional strategic thinking, execution discipline, and data-driven decision-making skills Experience in developing scalable enablement programs, incentives, and certifications for partner success Familiarity with co-branded campaigns, events, and demand-generation initiatives We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
