Right now, we’re looking for a crackerjack Commerce Media Strategy Senior Analyst who’ll help to lead the team in bringing that transformation to life - someone known for incredible strategic thinking, brilliant client interaction and stellar management skills. You’ll become known within the company as someone who can tackle quality control for all commerce media planning, oversee the activation team on day-to-day projects, and artfully translate strategies into innovative media — all while building robust client relationships and developing talent. Deliver high-quality Retail Media planning for clients, with a thoughtful understanding of how digital marketing can achieve and exceed objectives. Own retail media budget management via flowchart document. Ensure accuracy, lead monthly actualizations and stewardship with clients. Help lead yearly annual planning for retail media for clients, applying client business objectives to Commerce media across brands/categories. Collaborate with the media activation team to ensure synergies across planning and execution. Review and share feedback on media plans to ensure accuracy of dollars. Own Managed Service relationships with retailers with support from activation team. Manage and track day-to-day client requests, own timelines, and delegate to activation team members as necessary. Develop an understanding of how commerce can drive the client’s business and size opportunities. Track and manage budgets, retailer spend, and partner with the Commerce analytics team to deliver client reporting. Perform thorough, insightful campaign analysis, including reporting and optimization recommendations. Oversee budgeting processes and resource/talent development to optimize performance. Generate, share and track RFPs with RMN reps in partnership with internal and client teams. Communicate with clients on IO and PO updates or changes. Qualifications
A four-year college education and 2+ years of media planning and/or buying experience, with a focus on Retail Media Display. Strong organizational skills and ability to enforce timelines and milestones. Strong familiarity with the digital environment and retail media planning/buying across multiple channels (search and display). Experience working with key retailers in either self-service or managed service Display across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Instacart, Criteo, etc. Project management experience with the ability to multitask; meticulous organization. Understanding/experience with campaign automation tools (e.g., Pacvue) preferred. Exceptional communication skills with ability to interpret client objectives and articulate proposed media strategies and recommendations. Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from large data sets. Proven ability to teach analytics to staff, developing and inspiring growth. Willingness to travel as needed.
