Accounts Receivable Clerk — Richmond, CA (office-based) Are you looking for a company with stability, work-life balance, and benefits? LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients to fill an Accounts Receivable Clerk role for the corporate office located in Richmond, CA. This position is 100 percent in-office. Responsibilities
Process daily transactions; enter manual invoices and customer payments; update customer accounts Reconcile accounts and receive payments via cash, checks, and credit cards and process accordingly Communicate with customers via phone and in-person; resolve challenges or discrepancies Assist with miscellaneous office duties and projects as assigned Qualifications
Accounts Receivable experience (batches, collections, invoices) Strong customer service and communications (written & verbal) ERP software experience is a plus Team player, patient, enthusiastic Reliable, positive attitude, quick to learn Detail-oriented, problem-solver, organized Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Experience: 1 year Accounts Receivable/Accounting/Customer Service Compensation and Employment
Compensation: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour Employment Type: Temp to Hire (3 to 4 months) Application
