Senior Marketing Manager

to join the

a cobrand team . The team has recently introduced

paid media marketing

as a new growth strategy. This position offers the opportunity to shape high-visibility campaigns, collaborate with internal and external partners, and drive measurable results. This is a five month project opportunity working on-site in New York, NY Responsibilities:

Oversee the development of advertising assets across digital channels (programmatic, social, digital out-of-home, etc.). Manage creative reviews and approvals with internal teams (including Legal) and external partners. Coordinate trafficking of advertising creative for media execution. Adapt marketing strategies to products at varying lifecycle stages (launch, growth, maturity). Support the creation of strategic plans and business cases for media and advertising programs. Develop and manage schedules, timelines, and deliverables for creative and media campaigns. Analyze campaign performance metrics and translate insights into clear, actionable reporting for leadership, finance, and partners. Partner with the Integrated Media Management (IMM) team, external agencies, Chase colleagues, and counterparts at Southwest Airlines to execute media initiatives effectively. Manage relationships with external agencies and key partners, fostering strong collaboration. Contribute to the development of compelling presentations and communications for diverse stakeholders. Operate with professionalism, adaptability, and discretion in politically sensitive environments. Requirements:

7+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in media, advertising, or product marketing. Experience in T&E (Travel & Entertainment) credit card marketing; cobrand card experience strongly preferred. Deep knowledge of digital advertising channels and media strategy (programmatic, social, DIO, etc.). Strong project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to craft executive-ready decks. Demonstrated success managing agencies and building strong partner relationships. High emotional intelligence, with experience navigating complex, politically sensitive environments. Benefits:
