Lead and coordinate the technical development of projects from Conceptual Design through Construction Documents and Construction Phase under the guidance of Project Managers and Principals. Coordinate with a multi-discipline team of in-house staff and outside subconsultants to ensure project details align with the design concept, technical accuracy and budget. Multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Develop presentation documents and participate in client presentations. Develop design concepts under the leadership of the Principal Designer. Contribute to design phase activities with expertise in detail development. Develop construction drawings and specifications for all project phases. Ensure designs meet applicable Building Code requirements. Assist with bid and construction phase activities in both office and field settings. What Your Experience Looks Like
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited university. Architectural license required. LEED AP is a plus. Detailed knowledge of architectural and engineering practice with emphasis on design, development of construction documents, specifications, materials, costs, and building codes. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role. Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $140,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Compensation may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor.
