We are seeking an
AI Solution Sales Specialist
to drive Covasant’s growth within the Google Cloud ecosystem. This individual will work closely with our Partner Sales Director and the Google Cloud sales teams to generate pipeline, close deals, and establish reference wins. The role requires a balance of
direct sales execution
and
overlay/partner sales collaboration , making adaptability and entrepreneurial drive essential. Key Responsibilities Build and execute joint sales motions with Google Cloud field teams, focusing on AI, Data, and Risk Management solutions. Own the end-to-end sales cycle where required, from opportunity identification to closure, while also enabling and influencing Google sellers. Generate new pipeline through proactive prospecting, account mapping, and participation in Google-led campaigns and events. Translate customer challenges into tailored solution propositions leveraging Covasant’s offerings (KonaAI, Agentic AI, Risk Management solutions, etc.). Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, ensuring early customer wins that can scale. Provide structured feedback to product and alliances teams to refine offerings and GTM strategy. Operate effectively in an early-stage environment, balancing structured execution with flexibility. Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in technology sales, ideally in Data/AI, Cloud, or SaaS. Proven success in
direct quota-carrying sales
with ability to also influence and co-sell through hyperscaler channels. Strong understanding of Google Cloud’s GTM model, programs, and ecosystem. Ability to engage senior customer executives (CIO, CISO, CDO, Risk leaders) with business-outcome oriented conversations.
