highly capable, early-career Executive Assistant
to support senior leadership. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing firm. Location:
Stamford, CT (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 remote) Compensation:
$100-140k DOE The Role We’re looking for a
master organizer and strategic thinker
to help a high-output team protect focus, juggle priorities, and stay connected to what matters most—team, strategy, and investors. This is not a traditional gatekeeping role. Instead, you’ll act as a
force multiplier , enabling thoughtful leadership across a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience:
2–5 years in fast-paced environments (startups, finance, biotech, consulting, etc.) Strengths:
Calendar wizardry, travel coordination, meeting prep, cross-functional orchestration Traits:
Low ego, high EQ, adaptable, detail-obsessed, and naturally curious about science or finance Mindset:
