Sr. Product Manager, Technical (Sr. PM-T)
to own the roadmap for integrated tooling that streamlines cabling ordering and deployment, reduces lead times, and delivers maximum value to teams, vendors, and customers.
Key job responsibilities
Engage with internal and external GND stakeholders to gain insights and capture critical needs for the business today and in the future
Build and maintain a multi-year roadmap, balancing innovation, cost optimization, and operational excellence
Define and drive technical execution by writing detailed requirements, partnering with engineering on feasibility, understanding the architecture, making technology stack decisions, and balancing technical debt against new feature development
Coordinate with NLM-Cabling Services and other teams to strategize tool integrations, prioritize feature work, and outline budget and resources required to implement product roadmaps
Set and track success metrics to measure tools adoption, efficiency gains, deployment speed, and value delivered
Work closely with the Insights & Reports team to ensure inputs from upstream tools are accurately reflected in BI dashboards, with proper validation for data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Work independently in a high-pressure environment with all levels of leadership and exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist
Present progress, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership effectively

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
5+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience managing technical products or online services
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of technical product or program management experience
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Our compensation reflects cost of labor across US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year to $235,200/year, depending on location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company; equity, sign-on payments, and additional benefits may be provided as part of the package.
