We are seeking an experienced

SAP Plant Maintenance Senior Manager

to lead and support a public utility client for a 3-month hybrid contract in Milwaukee. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in

SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)

and

SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) , with proven experience in the

Utility Industry , particularly in

Generation environments . Experience with

SAP Field Service Management (FSM)

is also highly desired. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction for SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management initiatives. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in the utility generation sector to optimize asset performance and reliability. Oversee SAP PM configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions with client stakeholders. Support integration of SAP PM/EAM with SAP FSM and other enterprise modules. Provide guidance to junior consultants and cross-functional teams on SAP PM best practices. Ensure compliance with utility industry standards and regulatory requirements. Act as a key liaison between IT, operations, and generation business units to ensure system stability and process improvements. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/leadership role. Strong expertise in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). Direct experience working with Utility Industry clients (Generation focus preferred). Hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM). Strong understanding of PM processes including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Proven ability to lead workshops, define solution roadmaps, and deliver business process improvements. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior consulting experience with public utility organizations. Experience integrating SAP PM/EAM with other SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, and CS. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams within tight timelines. DTI offers a pay rate of $100-$106/hour.
