Responsibilities
Principles and practices of effective team building, team leadership and conflict resolution
Advanced principles and practices of process improvement and workflow analysis
Software development life cycle and a broad range of operations, services, concepts, terms, and activities common to a strategic Fintech program
Generate regular reports on project status, key metrics, and product performance
Assist in the preparation of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of developed solutions to meet business requirements
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that delivered products meet stakeholder expectations
Serve as a key member of a project team, working with cross-functional business partners to analyze, design, and implement end-to-end Finance processes solutions that drive standardization, efficiency, and quality
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or related field
Multiple certifications in analytics and product management
8+ years of professional experience in business analysis and product management, with more than 10 years of relevant finance expertise
5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP or EPM Applications with JD Edwards or Oracle EPM Cloud
5+ years Lean Six Sigma experience; Green Belt required; Business Process Management a plus
Experience partnering with stakeholders across roles to implement financial strategy and processes
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements
High attention to detail and ability to derive actionable insights from data
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and modeling skills
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
Can-do attitude and willingness to put in the hours to get the job done
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with competing priorities, mentoring, and ongoing process improvement
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably believe we would pay at posting for this role. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as education, qualifications, experience, and location. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
