Vice President
to join its investment team in
Bentonville, Arkansas . The firm has a strong track record of investing across a diverse set of industries, with a focus on
non-control investments
and
fund-level opportunities . This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned investment professional to play a leading role in deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio company oversight. The Vice President will serve as a
"deal quarterback" , working within a lean and entrepreneurial team with significant exposure to senior leadership, investment committee, and external partners. Key Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and execute private equity investments across various industries Lead due diligence processes and coordinate with advisors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders Build financial models and conduct valuation and risk analysis Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to the investment committee Support portfolio company strategy, monitoring, and value creation initiatives Mentor junior team members and contribute to firm-wide process improvements Ideal Candidate Profile
7–10 years of total experience, including a minimum of 5 years in private equity investing with a proven track record Demonstrated ability to lead deal processes from sourcing to execution Strong financial modeling, deal structuring, and communication skills Self-starter who thrives in a lean team environment with high accountability Existing or prior ties to Northwest Arkansas strongly preferred Why This Role
